Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) Intellectual Property Rights is a 1-year masters programme in School of Legal Studies, CMR University. The students are given an in-depth understanding of classical topics of Intellectual Property law. The students are also taught developments in the fields of patents, trademarks, domain names, copyright and related rights, design, software and databases, the internet and e-commerce.
